Our garden-facing apartment is a sought-after accommodation for breaks with the family and friends. However, you will not only appreciate its stylish firepalce and roominess. The living-room features snug daybeds and Alpine-style lamps, the light of which enhances the beauty of the wooden furnishings and creates a homely and cosy atmosphere in the holiday apartment.

The wonderful sophisticated wood kitchen with complete equipment and the generous dining area with corner bench and wooden table which can seat up to 8 persons are the centrepiece of the apartment.

On the large terrace (90 m²) with direct access to the garden is a pleasant outdoor living-room where you can enjoy the sunshine and the mountain panorama throughout the day. And with a bit of luck you can even see at dusk some deer coming out of the wood to graze on the glade.

This is why we have named the apartment “Am Waldesrand” (on the skirts of the wood). Observing the deer is an amazing experience, especially for our little guests.

The two bedrooms with wooden furniture provide a particularly homely atmosphere. The favourite place of all children is the cosy bunk bed with its fanciful lamps, the gentle light of which creates an enchanting ambience and makes the bedroom a little paradise.

Both bathrooms are very spacious and equipped with a marvellous “Raindance” shower. They offer much space where to put the accessories and are each directly connected to one bedroom.

The Apartment “Am Waldesrand” is designed to cook, play, enjoy and live together – to share time with the loved ones.

Prices and conditions
  • Prices
    Winter 2023/24 € 389,– to € 549,–
    Summer 2023 € 319,– to € 399,–

  • Arrival
    At 3 pm the chalet apartment is accessible.
    We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.
  • Departure
    We ask you to leave the chalet apartment from at the latest 10 am so they can be cleaned and re-arranged for the next guests.
  • Prices and local tax
    All prices include VAT charge, plus 3,– Euro local tax per person from the age of the 16 years.
    In the case of price errors, we have the right to make adjustments and refer to the current price lists.
  • Payment methods
    We accept cash and debit cards.
    If thats not possible, we also take VISA and Mastercard.
  • Deposit
    For reservations, we ask you for a deposit of 30% of the travel price.

  • Terms and conditions:
    The Terms and conditions, according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations (ÖHVB) will apply.
    In case of a cancellation the following conditions will apply:
    no cancellation charges – up to 3 months before arrival
    40% cancellation charges – up to 1 month prior to arrival
    70% cancellation charges – up to 1 week before arrival
    in the week of arrival – 90% cancellation charges of the
    accommodation expenses.
  • Unfortunately in the case of unforeseen events and the long-awaited holidays can not take place.  This is always very regrettable, but for such exceptional cases, there is the possibility to make a cancellation insurance.
  • Parking
    There is plenty of free parking space around our chalet.
    We ask you to consider that there is only one parking space for each apartment.
    If you are traveling with several cars, please let us know.

  • In the first week of May, we were 7 adults with two babies at Chalet Tannenhof and all thrilled by the beautiful location and above that all the charm of the house and its hosts.
